Friendly &amp; approachable\ud83e\udd1d<\/h4>\n<p>An outgoing people-person who can build rapport the second they walk into a bar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/h4>\n<h4>2. Curious &amp; Inquisitive<\/h4>\n<p>Someone who is never afraid to ask questions! They listen and learn during every conversation.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/h4>\n<h4>3. Confident Presenter<\/h4>\n<p>Able to explain the brand story with impact. Including the drinks taste profile, and how to use it behind the bar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/h4>\n<h4>4. Commercially Savvy<\/h4>\n<p>It\u2019s essential to understand the basic commercials of a bar and how to use them, including GP, ROI &amp; cash margin &#8211; previous hospitality experience has this already built in, which is invaluable!\ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/h4>\n<h4>5. Strong Negotiator\ud83d\udcaa<\/h4>\n<p>It\u2019s important to be able to have challenging conversations to close the sale.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/h4>\n<h4>6. Good at Building Long Term Relationships<\/h4>\n<p>We need someone who will stick to their word, and do what it takes to support the growth of the brand in their customers venue.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/h4>\n<h4>7. Empathetic<\/h4>\n<p>They must care about the brand and understand when a brand &amp; venue will work in harmony together. They need to put themselves in the customers shoes to understand their needs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/h4>\n<h4>8. Engaging Communicator<\/h4>\n<p>Ability to connect with the decision maker to achieve sales, and connect with the bar team to drive volume. Every conversation must count.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/h4>\n<h4>9. Organised \ud83d\uddc2<\/h4>\n<p>Great time management for personal admin and preparation for a day on-trade.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/h4>\n<h4>10.
